The Gremel Group proudly helps keep nature nearby as a business partner of the Land Conservancy of West Michigan. The Land Conservancy is an accredited nonprofit land trust that works with private landowners, governmental bodies, and organizations to permanently protect and care for natural land. Operating in eight West Michigan counties, the Land Conservancy has helped conserve over 12,000 acres of land encompassing lush forests, marshy wetlands, breezy meadows, and towering lakeshore dunes. Throughout the year, Andy volunteers at the newly established 155-acre Upriver Nature Preserve in northern Newaygo County. The preserve features 5.321 feet of the Little South Branch of the Pere Marquette, which is Michigan’s only undammed river renowned for its water quality and trout-fishing opportunities.
