Agency Controller/Client Service Specialist
There are really no areas of the agency that Nancy has not been critical in developing since its founding. She joined Andy’s team back in 1990 and has been helping people take care of their life and health insurance needs ever since. She has worked with large and small business clients, individuals and everyone in between. Nancy is the agency’s controller but prefers her role in helping clients obtain their objectives with respect to the various insurance products and services they need. In recent years, Nancy has focused her attention on the individual needs of our clients, helping people with their Affordable Care Act and or Medicare planning needs. Nancy continues her training with all the annual certifications necessary to stay on top of what’s best for our clients.
When she is not working, Nancy loves spending time with her children and grandchildren – she has even been known to jump out of perfectly good airplanes with any of her grandchildren who dare to join her! Nancy is also always looking for her next travel experience. After calling West Michigan home since her earliest years, Nancy moved her remote office and resides in sunny Jacksonville, Florida.
